New Year's Eve 2021 in Enchanting Transylvania - from/ to Bucharest

   Day 1

   29th December 2020 : Arriving on Airport Otopeni (OTP) in Bucharest and private transfer to the hotel in Bucharest. Accommodation in Bucharest.

   Day 2

   30th December 2020 : Bucharest - Sibiu. After breakfast you will meet the English speaking guide at the hotel and you will have a Panoramic Tour of “Little Paris” and you will discover: House of Press - Arch of Triumph - Government Palace - Victoriei Avenue - George Enescu Museum - Romanian Athenaeum - Central University Library - The Royal Palace - Central Army House - Savings Palace - History Museum - Parliament`s Palace. Then you will drive over the Carpathian Mountains to Sibiu in Transylvania. In the late afternoon, at 18:30 o clock, we will take the city tour of Sibiu to discover it`s medieval treasure. We will admire here one of the most well preserved medieval citadels in Romania, a capital of History, even an European Capital of Culture, as it was designed in 2007. We will have the chance to see also the most beautiful Christmas Market in Romania. Accommodation in Sibiu.

   Day 3

   31st December 2020: Sibiu Region and New Years Eve Party
   Today we invite you to explore the villages surrounding Sibiu, located at the bottom of the Cindrel Mountains. First, we visit Cisnadie, which shelters one of the most beautiful fortified churches in Transylvania. Next we drive to Sibiel, a typical Romanian village. Here we will admire the Museum of Icons painted on glass. After a walk in the village we will return to Sibiu. Refreshment break. We propose you to celebrate New Years Eve like a local: you will participate at the concerts on the Piata Mare of Sibiu and you will have the dinner at the local Restaurant Crama Ileana, with folklore program. During the dinner you can enjoy also the fireworks and other local surprises. Accommodation in Sibiu.

   Day 4

   01st January 2021: New Year. Brunch in the hotel. Today you will explore alone city Sibiu. If you have time, you can make also a walk and explore the Open Air Museum ASTRA. Accommodation in Sibiu.

   Day 5

   02nd January 2021 - Day tour Transylvania: Sibiu – Sighisoara – Bran - Bucharest. After breakfast begin our trip through UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Sighisoara one of the most beautiful and well preserved medieval cities in Romania. Here we will make the city tour by visiting the Citadel - a 12th century Saxon edifice located in the historic center. Still occupied offers the visitors sights like The Clock Tower, Dracula`s birth house, The Covered Staircase that leads to the wonderful Church on the Hill. In the noon we drive towards Bran, the place where we will visit the famous Dracula`s Castle. We will take a walk through legends and stories that bring here every year thousands of visitors from all over the world. In the late evening we arrive in Bucharest. Accommodation in Bucharest.

   Day 6

   03rd January 2021: Departure from Romania. According to the flight schedule transfer to the Airport Otopeni (OTP) in Bucharest for the trip back home.
