Program & Timing

09:00 transfer from Sibiu to Balea Cascada by "BaleaBus"
10:30 arriving at Balea Cascada cable-car-station
Optional: transfer by cabel car to Balea Lake (EUR 25 / person)

12:30 we start the bike tour, downhill to Carta, where we will visit the Cistercian Abby
13:30 – 14:30 lunch break in Carta
14:30 we will cross the Olt River by a special bridge; then we continue our biking trail to Colun and Glamboaca; on the road bird-watching of the migratory birds that are nesting here during the summer time
16:30 visit village Sacadate and meeting with locals
17:30 arriving in Avrig at the Brukenthal Summer Residence and refreshment break
18:30 transfer from Avrig to Sibiu by “BaleaBus”
19:00 arriving in Sibiu
