Day Itinerary

1. Starting Point: Bucharest

08:00 from accommodation approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your accommodation location ( about 15-20 km)

2.  Arrival at Vacaresti Nature Park

     The Văcărești Delta, also known as the "Bucharest Delta," is an expansive, 1,500-hectare nature reserve filled with canals, wetlands, and marshes, creating a haven for over 100 species of birds, including rare species of herons, swans, and migratory birds. The delta is a prime destination for birdwatching, particularly in the morning when the animals are most active. Early hours offer the best opportunities for spotting the diverse wildlife as the creatures are more dynamic and easier to observe. By midday, the animals are more dispersed, and sightings may become more challenging as they rest in the heat of the day

3. Return to Bucharest
